This dual purpose EZ Adjustable Bed Rail can be used as a support rail when rising from bed or retiring, or as a safeguard against rolling out of bed. By pulling two pins, you can pivot the bed rail downward 180 degrees to lay flat against the bed. Used for cabin beds only
