As we reflect on the past year, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support and trust in our business. Your loyalty has been the cornerstone of our success, and we are truly thankful for the opportunity to assist you.
This year has presented its own set of challenges, including significant policy changes by P&O Cruises and Cunard, evolving internal cruise line procedures, and, most profoundly, the loss of our beloved founder, Dave. While these challenges have made the year difficult to navigate, we’ve been strengthened by your ongoing support.

Despite these hardships, 2024 has also been a year of growth and positive change, we were proud to receive the Innovations in Travel Winner Award from the National Business Awards UK and none of it would have been possible without customers like you who believe in what we do. Your feedback, patronage, and engagement have helped us improve and innovate, ensuring that we continue to provide the best possible service and products.

On a personal note, we have some exciting milestones to share. After nearly ten years of dedicated service, Val has finally retired to enjoy life with her family. Taz welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby boy, Dexter, and we’re thrilled to have Sophie join our team.

Looking at the team, Allana has embraced the "pre-cruise calls," ensuring you’re all set for your trip. Rachel and Julia continue to deliver outstanding customer service, while Sophie supports us with admin. Mel has become the essential link between our booking and delivery teams, ensuring that every aspect of your journey is handled to the highest standards.

As we look ahead to another year, we are excited about the future and remain committed to delivering even more value to you. We promise to keep working hard to exceed your expectations and ensure that your experience with us is always exceptional. To that end, we will be introducing our “Brand Envoys” as we strive to become experts dedicated to specific cruise providers, ensuring that you receive the best possible advice and assistance. 

We are currently working on a much-needed overhaul of our website and social media presence. Our goal is to create a site that is not only informative but also highlights real-life stories from our customers—showcasing how cruising has been a fabulous holiday option with our help. We’d love for you to contribute with testimonials, stories, poems, or photographs of the products you’ve hired. If you’re willing to share any of these (anonymously, of course), we’d be grateful to feature them on the site. Furthermore, in 2025 we will be introducing new products and solutions that further our commitment to making cruising accessible for all.
