Our Coronavirus Commitment

Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have all had to adapt to help keep each other safe.

During this time, our safety instructions have been updated to follow the Government's own guidance - to help keep our customers and members of staff as safe as possible.

Our policy:

1. Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice.

   Although face coverings are no longer required – please consider wearing a face covering when in crowded spaces. Our staff are happy to wear a face covering at your request.

2. Please respect each other’s personal space.

   Please follow any local or onboard guidance and keep a safe distance from others when necessary.

3. Symptoms of Coronavirus

   We politely ask that if you or anybody in your immediate bubble have any of the following symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19), then please let us know:

   • Continuous cough
   • High temperature
   • Loss of smell and taste

We’ll continue to implement any guidelines provided by the government in our showrooms, offices, warehouses, delivery services and when on board ship.
